Return policy:
♥ For all items ordered online and in-store we have a return policy of 14 days after the product(s) have been received by the buyer. Any orders after the 14 day period will unfortunately not be eligible for a return/refund.
♥ All items must be un-opened, un-used and still in it’s original packaging.
♥ You must provide original proof of purchase as well as images of the damaged item(s)
♥ Refunds will be issued directly to the payment method used for the purchase once the item/s have been received and processed by us.
♥ We do not offer refund/exchanges on change of mind orders, dried floral art, textured art and any plants including floral arrangements.
♥ All return/refund requests must be email to info@boobotanicals.com.au
♥ Email notification will be sent once your return has been processed, and you should allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be completed.
